Locate the file you saved and right-click it. In the dialogue box that opens, left-click the Extract button. Select the location where you want to save the file, and then left-click the Extract button. This will create a file folder with all the files you need to view the material.
Close the WinZip dialogue box. Double-click the newly created file folder to view its contents.
Depending on the nature of your claim and the availability of your financial advisor, online submitted claims processing takes 2-5 working days.
Uncompleted documentation will result in the failure to submit a claim. You may receive a phone call or email from your financial advisor.
