How do I open the .zip file after downloading?
Locate the file you saved and right-click it. In the dialogue box that opens, left-click the Extract button. Select the location where you want to save the file, and then left-click the Extract button. This will create a file folder with all the files you need to view the material.
Close the WinZip dialogue box. Double-click the newly created file folder to view its contents.
How long does claims processing take?
Depending on the nature of your claim and the availability of your financial advisor, online submitted claims processing takes 2-5 working days.
What if I cant download the documentation?
If you are for whatever reason unable to download the files, please contact us or send an email to info@fintek.co.za and request for the files to be sent to you.
What happens if I can't submit all the claim details?
Uncompleted documentation will result in the failure to submit a claim. You may receive a phone call or email from your financial advisor.
